Once an online consultation is completed, fees are non-refundable.

If the consultation is cancelled by the doctor, the patient may choose:

• • Rescheduling of consultation

Refunds or adjustments, if any, in exceptional cases shall be solely at the discretion of the clinic and shall not be treated as precedent.

By booking an online consultation, ordering medicines, or availing services, the patient confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
