1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, paying for, or availing online consultation services through the website, WhatsApp, email, or any digital platform, the patient (or guardian, where applicable) confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to both first-time and follow-up online consultations.
2. Nature of Online Consultation
- 1. Online consultations may be conducted via video call, audio call, or written communication, individually or in combination.
- 2. First consultations typically last 45-60 minutes; follow-ups generally last 10-15 minutes.
- 3. Due to the absence of physical examination, online consultations have inherent limitations.
- 4. Online consultation is intended for non-emergency conditions only.
3. Eligibility
- 1. Online consultation is available for all age groups.
- 2. For patients below 18 years of age, consent of a parent or legal guardian is mandatory.
- 3. The clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue online consultation if the case is deemed unsuitable.
4. Conditions Not Consulted Online
Online consultation is not provided for, but not limited to:
- • Hernia
- • Varicose veins
- • Diabetes mellitus
- • Hypertension
- • Acute trauma or injuries
- • Psychiatric emergencies
- • Acute abdominal conditions
- • Appendicitis
- • Acute colitis
- • Any medical or surgical emergency
Patients with the above conditions must seek immediate in-person or emergency medical care.
5. Fees & Payments
- 1. 100% advance payment is mandatory for online consultations.
- 2. Accepted payment modes include UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
- 3. Consultation fees cover professional medical advice only.
- 4. Charges for medicines, courier/shipping, and additional WhatsApp queries are separate.
6. Prescriptions & Medicines
- 1. Liquid and syrup medicines may be prescribed digitally in PDF format.
- 2. Other homeopathic medicines may be dispatched via courier.
- 3. Certain supportive medicines or supplements may be advised for local purchase.
- 4. Treatment is individualised; results may vary from person to person.
- 5. No guarantee of cure or specific outcomes is provided.
7. Communication Boundaries
- 1. Non-urgent queries may be sent via WhatsApp.
- 2. Calls are permitted only during clinic hours: 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. IST, Sunday closed.
- 3. WhatsApp calls are not permitted.
- 4. Unscheduled or excessive communication may require a separate paid consultation.
8. Medical Disclaimer
- 1. Online consultation is not a substitute for emergency care.
- 2. Patients must seek immediate medical attention in emergencies.
- 3. Medical advice is based on information provided by the patient.
- 4. The clinic is not responsible for outcomes arising from incomplete, false, or misleading information.
- 5. Patients share responsibility for following prescribed advice correctly.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- 1. Patient confidentiality is maintained as per applicable Indian laws.
- 2. Consultation recordings are done only with explicit patient consent.
- 3. Patient data is stored securely in clinical software, EMR systems, and protected digital storage.
- 4. Medical data is not stored on WhatsApp.
- 5. The clinic follows the Information Technology Act, 2000, and reasonable confidentiality standards.

11. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
- 1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- 2. Disputes shall first be resolved through arbitration.
- 3. Courts at Amravati, Maharashtra, shall have jurisdiction if arbitration fails.
